Administrative & Public Law
Administrative law and public law deals with the decision-making of administrative units of the government (by way of example, commissions, boards or tribunals that are part of areas such as police law, manufacturing, broadcasting, taxation, etc.).
We aim to help make state agencies more accountable and accessible and to assist individuals to challenge decisions made by one of these bodies should the necessity arise. This process would normally be through a judicial review which is a procedure whereby a Court can order a review of an administrative decision by a public body.
