Stephen Parry

The Senior Partner of the firm and the Head of the Company Commercial/Commercial Property Department, Stephen worked in Bristol as a lawyer before returning to the South East to work alongside his father Brian Parry as a Partner in his legal practice in Herne Bay. Throughout a period spanning 20 years Stephen has developed widely acknowledged and applauded expertise, particularly in the field of Commercial Property transactions. He has also demonstrated a special interest in Charities – both from the legal perspective and personal perspective; the latter reflected in his dedication and commitment to supporting numerous community events.

Tim Goodwin

A Solicitor and Member of TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioners). After graduating with a law degree from Anglia, Tim trained and subsequently qualified as a solicitor specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate in 1994. He joined Parry Law as a Partner and Head of Wills & Probate as its inception in May 2008 having occupied a similar position in the former firm of The Parry Sharratt Partnership. Tim has a special interest in the Management of the Older Persons Affairs including the provision of Equity Release Schemes and his commitment to this ever-expanding area of legal practice is demonstrated by his position as a Trustee of Age Concern in Whitstable.

Perveez Sethna

Having graduated from the LSE & City University, she qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Since then Perveez has acquired wide ranging legal experience in her chosen field of Family & Matrimonial Law. She currently heads this expanding department in Parry Law where she deals with all aspects of relationship breakdown whilst having a special interest in the financial aspects of divorce or separation. Perveez adheres to Resolution’s Code of Practice and the Family Law Protocol recognising the need for a conciliatory approach where children are involved.

David Alp

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a lawyer specialising in Residential Property, David trained and worked in a large City practice for 16 years before moving to Whitstable in Kent where he has continued to act for significant numbers of City clients in addition to managing a strong local client base. He has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Property Law and Residential Conveyancing during his career; his expertise is readily acknowledged by both his clients and colleagues. David became a partner in the firm on 1 November 2010.

David Chandra

David underwent his training in a London firm where he became a Partner and Departmental Head. Having subsequently enhanced his legal expertise during his employment with one of the top Legal 100 firms in Manchester, he joined Parry Law as a Senior Associate in the Wills Trusts and Probate Department in 2009 and was promoted to Partner in the Private Client Department on 1 January 2011. We are delighted with his promotion – that is well deserved and the Parry Law team look forward to working with David in the future in his new role. His extensive experience in acting for high net-worth clients – individuals, charitable bodies and financial institutions - ensures that he has a wealth of knowledge upon which to call in order to advise on all aspects of the law in this field, with particular emphasis on Inheritance Tax Planning and trusts involving foreign jurisdictions.

Elizabeth Thomson

Elizabeth Thomson joined the Residential & Commercial Conveyancing Team in October 2009 having successfully maintained and developed a residential conveyancing client base in Buckinghamshire. Elizabeth studied for a law degree at Glamorgan before working extensively in the South East specialising in her chosen fields of property work including Landlord and Tenant.

Natalie Stokoe

Having chosen a career in Law rather than industry, Natalie joined Parry Law in September 2008 as an Associate Solicitor with the Family Team. She has gained extensive experience in divorce, financial matters and cohabitee disputes and has a special interest in childcare involving jurisdictional issues.

Sue Jull

With a background in the banking sector, Sue moved into legal practice in 1989 where she was initially involved in the accounting and finance side of the business. She subsequently progressed into the Administration of Estates and will drafting. Sue completed her STEP foundation course in 2008. Sue’s caring approach is demonstrated by her particular interest in the elderly client.

Graham Fuller

Graham completed his academic studies in London, following which he qualified as a solicitor in Hertfordshire. Graham relocated to Kent in 2006 and joined Parry Law in 2010 as a solicitor in the Private Client department. Graham is based at the firm’s Herne Bay office and he is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly, both of which set the benchmark for quality advice in the Private Client field.
