Aimee is a property solicitor with over 20 years experience and specialising in residential and commercial leasehold and freehold property transactions.

Graduating from Middlesex University, Aimee then undertook the law conversion course and Legal  Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in 2004.

Aimee has dealt with a variety of transactions for both residential and commercial and this includes both leasehold and freehold sale and purchase transactions, lease extensions via both the statutory and/or non-statutory route and also an extensive range of commercial work, including drafting and negotiating leases for both landlord and tenants together with ancillary documents such as rent deposit deeds, licence to assign, licences for alterations and agreements for lease.  Dealing with the sale and purchase of businesses including a variety of shops, post offices and public houses which has included in agreeing terms of the sale contract and arranging the transfer of alcohol licences and sale of stock in trade. Aimee also undertakes landlord and tenant work under the 1954 act including receiving and serving notices.

One of the most important aspects of her role is to provide a pragmatic, solution based service to her clients.
