Our strength comes from within – from the people who work in Parry Law. To this end we are dedicated in endeavouring to recruit lawyers and support staff who are technically capable in their fields of expertise, efficient , thorough and businesslike in their approach to their work and our clients.
We work hard to retain staff and develop them in whatever role they have joined us in. We have a strong record in personal development resulting in at least one member of our staff rising through the ranks from Office Junior to Qualified Solicitor. We believe in long term investment in our employees.
It goes without saying that quality training is essential to our ongoing development and success. Training includes on all our IT packages as well as legal skills courses.

- a residential conveyancing fee earner; and
- a residential conveyancing secretary.
