Gareth graduated with a degree in Law, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1979. He was an equity partner in a large Kent firm of solicitors for many years.
Gareth has extensive and varied experience as a Property Solicitor working with companies (public and private companies), charities, educational institutions, banks, developers and individuals based in the UK and abroad. He acts in commercial property matters and has acted on a wide range of different types of transactions throughout his career such as the purchase and development of commercial estates, overage and conditional purchase agreements, leases and property secured finance. He also acts on residential property matters for a wide range of clients.
